Phase IV Part II

Phase IV BLS is always FAST and LONG sets.

Some of us are virtual, and others are in person, yet sitting rather far from our clients. We suggest using tapping for Re-Processing. We sit facing our clients, 6 feet or more away, with hands placed on opposite upper arms, we tap with them, and we go!!! Fast and long.

The first set is usually 24 passes across the mid-line.

You can try eye movements if you'd like. Although, we find the distance continues to make eye-movements less than optimal.

After each BLS set, say, "Stop tapping, take a breath, and tell me what you are noticing."

You are the guide, looking for the next chute. Guide them; pick a direction, and "Go with that."

This is not the time to speak at length of what is noticed; instead, you select one aspect, and guide your client to focus on that specific image, thought, emotion or sensation, and "Go with that", which means, together you do another set of BLS tapping.

Often clients will notice two or more things, such as I am numb, and I remember having a happy time with my sister.

Go with the numb.

Or they may say, "My mom screamed at me often, and my grandmother saved me." Go with, "My mom screamed."

Avoid the good stuff until you are nearing the end of Phase IV.

We want them to clear out the traumatic nodes, and to do that, they have to sit in the muck for a bit.

Good luck.

Enjoy.

And we look forward to seeing you at our next training.
